Romeo Sakac (Kfm. EFZ), Managing Director, is Head of the Global Fixed Income team and a voting member of the Fixed Income Investment Committee, as well as Chairman of the Global Credit Strategy Group. Romeo joined Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2012 from Clariden Leu Asset Management, where he was head of liquidity solutions and responsible for the money market, floating-rate strategy and short-term bond funds, as well as for the mandate business. He began his career in 1998 as a risk manager at Clariden Leu Asset Management’s risk management department, where he oversaw equity and hedge funds. Romeo holds a Swiss Federal VET Diploma in Commerce, and, in 2003, received a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
