Credit Suisse Investment Foundation: Successful issues for the "CSA Real Estate Switzerland" and "CSA Real Estate Switzerland Commercial" investment groups

Demand for the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation's real estate investment groups remains high. The CHF 350 million capital increase by CSA Real Estate Switzerland was oversubscribed by a factor of two. The opening of CSA Real Estate Switzerland Commercial has resulted in subscriptions of so far roughly CHF 200 million; the investment group will remain open until the target volume of CHF 250 million has been reached.

As announced at the end of February 2022, the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation has carried out a CHF 350 million capital increase for the CSA Real Estate Switzerland investment group. This was reserved exclusively for existing investors in the investment group and limited to a maximum subscription volume of CHF 20 million per investor. Despite these restrictions, demand was very strong and the capital increase was considerably oversubscribed. The new capital will be used to reduce the debt financing ratio, complete ongoing new construction projects, and make ongoing investments in the existing portfolio of properties.

The CSA Real Estate Switzerland Commercial investment group has been opened for an investment volume of CHF 250 million. Subscriptions of roughly CHF 200 million have been received thus far and will be used mainly for the acquisition of a portfolio which has already been secured. Subscriptions can still be submitted on a daily basis until the target volume has been reached.
