Sascha is a Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland) Ltd. and has worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate since 2011. He is Fund Manager for the Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK and the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LogisticsPlus. Sascha started his career at Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH in Frankfurt am Main in the Real Estate Transaction Support division in 2005, where he performed due diligence checks, feasibility studies, and real estate valuations. In 2010, he transferred to the Transaction Advisory Services division of Ernst & Young AG in Zurich. Sascha began working in Global Real Estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2011, where he initially managed two international real estate funds and an investment foundation in the Asset Management International departement. In 2014, he transferred to the Swiss Acquisitions unit, where he served as Transaction Manager for negotiations and purchasing processes during new property acquisitions for the Swiss real estate investment vehicles. As Head of Logistics Acquisitions, he was responsible for purchasing logistics sites for the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund LogisticsPlus, which he took over as Fund Manager in April 2017. From 2020 to 2021, he also served as Mandates and Portfolio Manager for the portfolio of a Swiss pension fund until becoming Fund Manager for the Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK in March 2022.Sascha graduated from the University of Mannheim with a degree in Business Administration. Alongside his career, he completed his studies in Real Estate Economics at the International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
