Zurich, SwitzerlandBiographyUrs Frey (1971) has worked in Real Estate Investment Management at Credit Suisse since 2010. He completed an architectural drafting and commercial apprenticeship, after which he worked in various real estate companies for several years. From 2004 to 2010, he was head of real estate management for the canton of Lucerne. Then he joined Credit Suisse. He worked initially as Asset Manager for the CS REF PropertyPlus and CSA RES Commercial portfolios. He has been fund manager of CS REF Green Property and CS REF PropertyPlus since 2013. The latter has been merged with CS REF Green Property since the middle of 2016.In 1995, Frey earned a Swiss federal specialist certificate in real estate management, and three years later a Swiss federal specialist certificate as a real estate agent and administrator. In 2009, he successfully completed a Master of Advanced Studies in real estate management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
