Workspace with a view

Most of the time, the best ideas come not while working at your desk, but when you're talking to others – during a brainstorming session or simply while having coffee. This requires inspiring spaces, something the R2 Tower in Wallisellen boasts in impressive form and number.

This is a marketing communication. For Information Purposes Only, this presentation should not be used as a basis for investment decision. For professional clients only.

Hip coffee bar, game rooms with pool tables, a library, and an indoor garden. Despite how it may sound, this is not a new youth center. It's the R2 Tower in Wallisellen. Completed in February 2022, the 19-story office tower, with its diverse opportunities for interaction and exchange, raises the bar for inspiring workspaces. The spacious networking lounge is divided into a variety of different areas spanning two floors. Connected by an extra-wide staircase with seating steps, here tenants are sure to find the perfect space for conversations with colleagues and clients.

Individual office spaces and co-working spaces

The R2 Tower stands out not only for its unusual infrastructure, but also its maximum flexibility. Three different fit-out options enable adaptive rental options with small or large floor plans. Whether they're looking for basic, business, or premium, tenants can customize spaces in line with their needs and company culture. Each of the three options supports a "plug & work" concept: show up, plug in your device, and start working. Everything else is provided. For example, the premium package includes all electrical installations and a first-class interior design with a private, fully equipped kitchenette.

The property also allows tenants to take advantage of co-working spaces. These spaces are provided by the successful company Spaces, which already offers workspaces in more than 400 cities around the world – including on three floors of the R2 Tower since February 2022. Above the dynamic workspaces operated by Spaces is a state-of-the-art conference center, which is available to the building's tenants and to external companies.

High visibility and optimal accessibility

The R2 Tower has a total of 14,000 m2 of office space available. This space is distributed over 19 floors and also includes a basement level. With its natural stone exterior and large window facades, the 68-meter tower stands out in the skyline just outside the city of Zurich. It is part of a property complex that also includes a hotel and vehicle storage facility. And all this in a perfect location, just five minutes' walk from the Wallisellen train station.

The popular Glatt shopping center can also be reached quickly on foot. It's only three minutes by car to the nearest highway on-ramp, and just nine minutes to Zurich Airport. From the Wallisellen train station, it takes just nine minutes to reach the center of Zurich.

Visionary and forward-looking

Thanks to its high standards when it comes to flexibility and networking, the R2 Tower already meets the requirements of the office of the future. The property is meeting the changing needs of office real estate with a clear vision. In this case, a vision of the future that has turned into reality.
